Rekio accepts returns for eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and final sale items, are not eligible for return. We also do not accept returns on products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@rekio.us with your order number and reason for the return. Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return to us.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping charges or restocking fees, if applicable.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at support@rekio.us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide photos of the damaged or defective item(s) along with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will work swiftly to resolve the problem, whether through a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Rekio offers a one-year warranty on all watch band items. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. For warranty claims, please contact our customer support team at support@rekio.us.
